Development Strategy

The software development activity will be executed out of facilities in India. We strongly recommend a phase-wise project execution approach. Initially, we start with a detailed requirements study phase approach. This approach will help in:

• Fine tuning the development approach, enable better effort estimation and time schedules to execute the project at offshore.

• Simulating the entire software development effort and help in changing relevant process to streamline efficiencies in software development.

• Finalizing the solution delivery and acceptance mechanism for the development project.

• This study conducted by our team of expert professionals would be followed by a detailed requirement analysis and conceptual design of the solution. Our team would prepare an exhaustive Software Requirements Specification (SRS) and preliminary Design Documents at the end of this stage. High-level Project schedules for phase wise development will be established.

• After the completion of detailed requirement analysis and SRS preparation at onsite, the remaining activities of the software development cycle i.e., Design, Coding, Unit testing, Integration testing, System Testing and preparation of the relevant documentation would be carried out at our offshore location in India. The Acceptance Tests would be carried out at the client’s site. Our experienced consultants will help the customers in carrying out the testing activities at the onsite location.

• Subsequent to acceptance testing, our team would assist in launching the solution and carry out relevant training and knowledge transfer to the client representatives and ensure constant technical support.
