Prabhakar Reddy, is a respected and successful businessman with over 20 years of buiness experience in Infrastructure Projects and Hospitality segment. He co-founded Pioneer in 1997 with a vision to create a world class global IT Solutions company. With his rich experience and genius, Prabhakar Reddy provides the business strategy for Pioneer Group of companies.

He is a law graduate, Member of Parliament in India (Rajya Sabha) and the Managing Director of Palace Heights Hotels Limited, a USD 10 million-turnover group.

Sridhar Reddy
Founder and Managing Director

Sridhar Reddy a technocrat and visionary founded Pioneer eLabs with a vision to create global eBusiness Solutions Company. Sridhar carries over 8 years of industry experience and provides Pioneer the vision and leadership required to explore and expand new markets. He combined the highly educated, highly disciplined workforce with his genius in seeing untapped markets to create a vibrant, driven, world-class organization.

Sridhar holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering.

P. A. Krishnan
Director

Krishnan carries 20 years of extensive international IT experience. He provides business leadership, technology direction and strategic vision to significant market segments such as eGovernance, Telecom, Health Care and Pharma. In addition, he provides executive leadership to Pioneers relationship with strategic business partners and oversees our global operations. Krishnan leads our strategic corporate initiative of Pioneering eBusiness Solutions globally.

Krishnan has worked with reputed industry majors and held management positions in companies including IBM, HCL, Onward Technologies and Nelco. Krishnan worked with IBM as Director eGovernance and he was responsible for positioning IBM's eGovernance strategy and also the complete range of IBM's software technologies,solutions,applications and services in the Central Govt,State Govt and key Government corporations in the areas of manufacturing, research, Telecommunication, Power and Energy.

Krishnan has a Bachelors degree in Engineering, AMIE from Institute of Engineers and postgraduate diplomas in Business Management, Computers and Systems Management and Finance Management. Apart from these, Krishnan also underwent many professional training programs worldwide.

Siva Senani
Technical Director

Senani brings with him over a decade of valuable industry experience and he has been instrumental in setting up our software solutions strategic business unit to establish leadership in the software services space as well as diversifying our operations into various technology spaces. He is responsible for focusing our technology resources and intellectual capital in developing the most advanced solutions of the day. He has an extensive technology background gained through years of experience in variety of industries.

Senani is an MBA graduate from Indian Institute of Manangement, Ahmedabad, India.

G Lakshmikant
VP Marketing

Lakshmikant has over 10 years of experience in IT business development, particularly in the Asia Pacific and US markets. As Vice President Marketing, Lakshmikant holds responsibility for strengthening business development leading to Pioneers growth in developing new enterprise accounts. He also plays a key role in developing new channels and expanding Pioneers customer base in the government and corporate segment.

Lakshmikant has worked in several management capacities for companies including Satyam, DSQ and Mastek. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and a Master's degree in Business Administration.

He is an MS computers graduate based in US and currently working as a principal consultant for Oracle Corporation. He contributes greatly in all our technology initiatives.

Devender Reddy

Devender is an expert in Wide Area Networking with 13 years of experience. He is an MS computers graduate with many years of global experience. He was awarded the prestigious Y2K compliance award in January 1999.

Subodh Mitta

A software consultant to the US Air Force with more than 10 years of outstanding experience in the computer industry.

Ravinder Reddy

Ravinder Reddy has years of experience with specialization in Networking and Communications. He is a computer science engineer and guides Pioneer in its Networking initiatives.
